6. Report on matters outstanding –
01/10/2024 - Stickers for rubbish bins - We would need 202 stickers for the village at a cost of £101, for all of the village excluding the businesses. A request was put on Facebook to see how many people would like stickers for their bins and less than ten people replied. 50 are to be published and they will be given on a first come first served basis.

8. Litter picking update – Clerk has applied for it, and we have now received it. – new rules regarding Councillors that have resigned - We are not able to pay them for any service for up to a year after they have resigned.
9. Playing field Policy – Too be adopted.
10. Ream of paper and print cartridges for village hall - Purchased
11. What’s app group for urgent messages and emails. Created
12. Arnold Baker book now longer needed as an up-to-date version has been found.
8. Expenses –
Further invoice for website work by the late Pete Langford we have the choice of paying for the minimum of three hours even though we used an additional 1 hour 6 mins. Which will be £54 plus vat, which is £64.80 in total.

Clerk - Clerk - Stationery ink toner and ream of paper £45.94, Mileage £17.10 Training Hours £114.88 for Health and Safety Course, Back pay on training and working hours on national pay rise = £93.62 tea coffee and sugar =£10.99 minus £6.50 total = £282.19
