NOTICE OF MEETING OF NORTH KYME PARISH COUNCIL
Dear Councillor,
You are hereby summoned to attend the next meeting of North Kyme Parish Council,
which will be held North Kyme Village Hall on Wednesday 2nd December 2025,
commencing at 6.00 p.m. The business to be dealt with at the meeting is listed in the
agenda.
There will be the opportunity for 10-minute Public Forum should anyone wish to
address the council.

Chairman’s Opening Address
1. Apologies for absence and acceptance of any reasons given - Cllr Richards &

2. Declarations of Interest-councillors must declare interests in planning or any items
on the agenda.
3. Updates from District Councillors:
4. Notes of the last meeting held on 12th November 2025 to be approved as the
minutes.
5. Updates from Councillors
03/04/2025 ~ Heritage Fund An overview of the heritage fund and where the money
comes from so all Councillors are up to date before we have public meeting: - Cllr
Taylor.
Sub Committees, Funding Events and Heritage committee.
Ernest Doe have update the green signs and it looks much better – Cllr Spry , can we
,send chocolates and thank you card.
Christmas Cards for the volunteers - Cllr Dring
6. Report on matters outstanding –
009/08/2025 ~ Councillor Volunteers Service – have come back to us they will do the
painting but we will need to supply pots brushes etc and everything they will need.
7. Financial Matters & Clerk’s Report
Bank Statement and Reconciliation Balance – £5376.20 plus £5000 have gone into
savings account.
Expenses: -
Bank Charges £4.25
Clerk - Thank you card and Christmas cards and diary and training day & travel
£130.37.
LALC Invoice £30.00
Christmas Celebrations update: -
FILCA Course result.
Budget decision required.
