NOTICE OF MEETING OF NORTH KYME PARISH COUNCIL
Dear Councillor,
You are hereby summoned to attend the next meeting of North Kyme Parish Council,
which will be held North Kyme Village Hall on Wednesday 12th November 2025,
commencing at 7.00 p.m. The business to be dealt with at the meeting is listed in the
agenda.
There will be the opportunity for 10-minute Public Forum should anyone wish to
address the council.

Chairman’s Opening Address
1. Apologies for absence and acceptance of any reasons given - Cllr Rue – Working
away and County Cllr East – At another meeting.
2. Declarations of Interest-councillors must declare interests in planning or any items
on the agenda.

03/04/2025 ~ Heritage Fund - Cllr Taylor
6. Report on matters outstanding –
02/03/2025 ~ Remainder of Village Hall Donation – Gates in car park of Village Hall.
Gates in very poor condition will need sand blasting and powder coating.

009/08/2025 ~ Councillor Volunteers Service – have come back to us they will do the
painting but they are wanting to know who the manufacturer is for the play
equipment.
005/04/2025 ~ South Kyme have now confirmed that the SID is now ours via email.

Litter Picking Grant Clerk has replied and has received to day an email asking to
create an invoice for £142.91. This has been completed and the money has been
received.
Ex Councillor Minucci has now left the council for a year and can now be paid with
the funds we received from the litter picking grant. He has stated that he donates the
money back to the council.
