Dear Councillor,
You are hereby summoned to attend the next meeting of North Kyme Parish Council,
which will be held North Kyme Village Hall on Wednesday 20th August 2025,
commencing at 7.00 p.m. The business to be dealt with at the meeting is listed in the
agenda.
There will be the opportunity for 10-minute Public Forum should anyone wish to
address the council.

2025, their next meeting is on 25th September.
15/08/2025 ~Could it be agreed that Councillors can purchase items for under £30
for repairs for example the gate latch on the play park. Then get reimbursement
when paperwork is completed at next meeting.
7. Financial Matters & Clerk’s Report
Bank Statement and Spreadsheet Balance – £
Expenses
Clerk – Batteries for card reader and New presentation book for clerk to store
paperwork for meetings and printing paper. £9.00 + £2.99+£8.49 = £20.48
New email addresses.
002/04/2025 – Church Yard – Clerk has now contacted the vicar and there has been
two burials in the last 5 years.
